Shipping & Returns

The short version: U.S. shipping is free on orders over $50, which every kit clears on its own, orders are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment center within 1 to 2 business days, and unopened kits can come back within 30 days. Here is the rest.

Shipping

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50. No code needed. Every kit is $59, so one kit or two always ships free. Orders under $50, like a single shirt or mug on its own, are a flat $4.95.

Handling time. Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment center within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday.

Delivery time. Most orders arrive 3 to 6 business days after they ship. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your kit is on its way.

Where we ship. Anywhere in the United States that our carriers deliver, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We are not shipping internationally yet.

Arrived damaged? Email hello@nookandthings.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will send replacement parts or a new kit at no cost.

Returns

30 days on unopened kits. Changed your mind? Return any unopened kit in its sealed box within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. You cover return shipping unless we made the mistake.

Opened kits. A book nook kit is hundreds of small pieces, so we cannot take opened kits back. If something is wrong with yours, we fix it with replacement parts or a new kit instead.

Two-kit orders. Return one kit from a 2-for-$89 order and the refund is $30, which is what you paid minus the $59 single-kit price of the one you keep.

How to start a return. Email hello@nookandthings.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with the return address. Please wait for that email before sending anything back. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of the kit arriving back with us.
