Shipping policy

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50. Under $50, shipping is a flat $4.95. Every book nook kit is $59, so every kit order ships free on its own.

Where we ship. We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where our carriers deliver. We are not shipping internationally yet. If you would like to be notified when we do, email hello@nookandthings.com.

Book nook kits. Kits are on pre-order right now and ship by December 5. Once we are shipping from stock, kits leave our U.S. fulfillment center within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays), and most arrive 3 to 6 business days after that. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your kit is on its way.

Printed items. T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, mugs and totes are printed after you order. Most leave the print shop within 2 to 7 business days and then take another 3 to 5 business days to reach you. They ship separately from the kits, in their own package with their own tracking, so an order with both will arrive in two deliveries.

Damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, email hello@nookandthings.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the box and what is inside. We will send replacement parts or a replacement item at no cost.

Wrong address or lost packages. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address. If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, contact us within 7 days and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
